The Best Western hotel is a hotel that I used to stay in with my parents as a kid. They always have a friendly staff and excellent value for everything that they offer and, looking around, everything is always kept clean.
When a visitor shows up at the front desk, the hotel manager calls your room and ask you if you are expecting any visitors.

It’s a nice hotel and has a good staff. I like the pool. When there is a problem they fix it quickly. I stay there for the Derby week and they cater to the kids.

It worked for my husband and I and we only had a bad experience with ants in the room. Also we stayed there a week and because we did this we did not get credit for their rewards program they were running at that time. We were not aware at the time that this would not be credited to our account and we never could get this issue resolved

It was convenient to the location where we needed to be and we could not beat the price. The pool was very nice and the breakfast bar was stocked and functional.
The Best Western hotel is really known for its value and there was a hotel closer to where we needed to go, but we chose this for its price. That was the most practical decision. The Best Western hotel is just a hotel for your typical overnight stay.
