Don't want to pay more than $100 and still be in downtown Seattle? The BW Exec. Inn is a great option. Rooms are clean and fairly basic, but still have room service and a small spa and exercise room is downstairs. A small annoyance is that the toiletries are from dispensers.
If you want someone to run you around with a shuttle, don't expect regular service. NONE of the hotel shuttles can be all places at all times for each customer.
The rooms are comfortable and clean - don't expect 5 star, but they are better than many 3 and 4 star places I have stayed in Europe. Fairly spacious with a microwave and small refrigerator. Free wireless Internet too - as well as a business center computer downstairs.
Parking is a nominal amount - quite a bit less than comparable hotels in the downtown Seattle area.
Overall - Don't whine about value. That's what you get here. Spend $50 more and get something fancier if you need it, but this is a good value location.
