It was just right for my needs. The price, the location and the amenities were all good.

The shower head was way too low. Otherwise, it was fine. The front desk staff was excellent and helpful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The shuttle drivers and the front desk staff were both very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel had a perfect location. They had helpful desk clerks, they helped me with transfers.

This hotel made me feel respected: We were always greeted when we walked into the hotel. Our sightseeing questions were answered clearly.

I paid a good price and the hotel was clean. The service regarding shuttle around Seattle was horrible. We were taken to Pike's Market and told that it would be no problem for us to be picked up and taken to Safeco later that evening. When we called to be picked up, they said they were no longer picking up from there and we would have to take a taxi. Then, after the game, we called to be taken back to the hotel and we were not given any directions on where we would be picked up. The service regarding the shuttle is very poor and inefficient.

The hotel was centrally located, in walking distance of sightseeing. The desk people were informed and pleasant and they made good suggestions. The shuttle service was more than expected.

It’s very centrally located and within a block of the Space Needle. The employees were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and catering were not very good. They did have a shuttle to take you places around the city.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were relaxing and the staff was helpful.

It was close to the Space Needle, the monorail, within walking to the waterfront and we were very satisfied. They served good food at the hotel restaurant.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was centrally located and easy to find. The accommodations were great. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. My only complaint is the poor customer service by the check-in staff.

I liked the inn because the rooms are good size, and the location is one block from the Seattle Center and the Space Needle. I'm our ship's reunion chairman, and I chose Seattle because of the location and attractions in and around the city.

The place was convenient to my convention. The staff was friendly but could be friendlier. The bed was worn on one side (closer to the TV).

It was all fine. I enjoyed the shuttle service.

I did a lot of research trying to figure out the best hotel at a reasonable price in Seattle. We stayed at the Executive Inn and was well pleased. The room was big, clean, and even had a microwave and refrigerator. They also had a closed and secure parking garage. We rented a car, but actually didn't need it. We used the hotel shuttle. They took us to all the attractions and picked us up. They even dropped us off for dinner and returned to get us. If we would have known this, we wouldn't have even rented a car.

The space needle was a block away and we had a terrific view right out our window. The "ride the duck" ticket office was also a block away. We ate dinner at the hotel the first night and it was great. Their service was fantastic. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. We have never have been to Seattle, we hit the jackpot with this hotel. I wanted to write this review because I searched so many trying to find out about the hotels. We felt very safe here and would go back in a heartbeat.

It was, simply put, a hotel. We needed a place to stay while we attended to business.

Everyone at the main desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful, very helpful, prompt and efficient. The food was good and we had a banquet and the waiter went out of his way to bring me a meal that I would like although it was not part of what had been ordered for the banquet. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's easy to find and easy to get to. Overall, it's an excellent place for tourists to stay if they don't know the city. The hotel has a helpful staff. They made reservations for the Duck Tour for us and were very helpful in making changes to that reservation. It was an excellent stay.

This hotel made me feel content: We were in Seattle for a military Reunion, all staying at the same hotel, and the staff went out of their way to find a place for us to be able to be together. They were always ready to offer suggestions and give directions. They made us feel that nothing was too big for us to request.

I purchased a package, room and event. At check-in, the staff was clueless as to transportation to the event that was part of the package. It worked out, but the staff needed training. All ended well.

It was accessible, comfortable, and had Internet service in the rooms.

Best Western Executive Inn is in a GREAT location!
