Where do i start. First of all, within minutes of entering the hotel room, our socks were black because the floors were filthy. The drying machine ruined several articles of our clothing, but they refused to pay, saying it was due to overloading it, although the manager confessed that it had ruined some of her clothing, yet there was no sign warning of this. The receipts they give you are jumbled and basically impossible to read, which makes it tough for people who need them for their expenses. We called for a wake up call 6 different times, and each time it didn't ring until 12 hours later than it should. The manager was completely unprofessional and insulting. If you can, stay at the Hampton inn right next door, which is really comfortable, or the comfort inn right down the street. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS.

We made reservations for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The first problem we had is that they only saved one for the first night (so we had to find another place to stay that night). We stayed here the 2nd night (the room was very nice) and the manager would not honor the price that the check-in person quoted us (even though it was written on the registration form). She then called the police and we would have been arrested if we didn't pay what she insisted on.

It was reasonably priced. It had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. It even had a breakfast included.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was homey and had everything we needed to stay overnight. The TV and bathroom fixtures worked properly. It was quiet.

We arrived as schedule at the Best Western. However, there were boats all over the parking lot since there was some type of fishing tournament going on. There was absolutely no place to park and we had reservations. They said they had to cater to these customers.
