The Best Western hotel is a hotel that I used to stay in with my parents as a kid. They always have a friendly staff and excellent value for everything that they offer and, looking around, everything is always kept clean.

This hotel made me feel secure: When a visitor shows up at the front desk, the hotel manager calls your room and ask you if you are expecting any visitors.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Executive Inn Akron.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel has a convenient location off the interstate and a decent continental breakfast.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Executive Inn Akron.

It's a nice hotel and has a good staff. I like the pool. When there is a problem they fix it quickly. I stay there for the Derby week and they cater to the kids.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Executive Inn Akron.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel had easy access from the interstate and a convenient location.

It worked for my husband and I and we only had a bad experience with ants in the room. Also we stayed there a week and because we did this we did not get credit for their rewards program they were running at that time. We were not aware at the time that this would not be credited to our account and we never could get this issue resolved
