Mediocre

This was definately a case of underwhelming the guests. I doubt any "executive" would ever stay here. The hotel is in a less than desirable part of town. The staff actually put up large metal gates at night, I guess to stop thieves from stealing...

Good

36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I enjoyed their spa and pool. The food was also great. I love their continental breakfast.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Executive Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Excellent

44 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The location was convenient to where I needed to be. It was a great place to stay.

It had internet access I could use.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Executive Inn.

It was located close to the airport and the rooms were very comfortable and nice.

They were very friendly when we walked on the door and they took care of us promptly.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Executive Inn.

Excellent

35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I love my stay there because of the rooms and the pool and everyone was very friendly and made me feel at home.

I really made me feel honored to be able to stay there. The atmosphere and hospitality made me feel at safe of knowing that I was in the best of care.
