Horrible
They over booked the rooms, we had to drive around to find another hotel but they still charged us for the room! When we called about the charge the computers were down. We had to send a copy of the $ 465.00 receipt from the Hilton and finally they...
I was not able to make the trip to Utah because of winter storm and road closure. I called around noon of the day of my reservation and cancelled. They charged my account anyway. When I tried to call to straighten the problem out I got the run...

It has a very friendly staff and management there. They are always ready to help and if you needed directions, they are always willing to draw you a map or go over the entire drive as to sights to see. We were there for eight days and did not have a single problem. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.
Whatever questions we had, they were more than happy to answer. Whenever we needed our room cleaned earlier, they would oblige. My newspaper was delivered to my room every morning before I awakened.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Executive Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
You only get one chance to make a first impression and theirs reeked of stale cigarettes. My check-in complete I requested a luggage cart for my cumbersome bags. Response: We dont have any so I balanced my bulky, awkward bags, shouldered my computer and purse and headed towards my dirty room. Upon returning, the clerk reassigned me to a room adjacent to the vending machine. Refusing this room I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Not seeing the elevators, I asked the clerk where they were. We dont have any was all that was said.

Its in a convenient location. The people are friendly and its very quiet.
I felt good because of the quick service at the front desk as well as the cleanliness of the room. I also really enjoyed the fact that the hotel remained quiet during our stay.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Executive Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was always referred to as sir. A morning newspaper was provided at my door. An apology was offered for the difficulty finding the hotel due to bad directions in their location booklet.
