The room was a mess we had to ask for the maid to come back in and clean again. The carpet was so dirty I would not even take off my shoes. Opened the microwave it was so discusting we would not even use it. What a dump. Very poorly maintained. Will ...

exposed wiring in bathroom of room, no towels in pool area, no staff checking in on pool area for people with glass bottles, intoxicated people ect..couldn't have kids in pool area due to this, complained and nothing was done, recvd. free night...
