The Best Western hotel is a hotel that I used to stay in with my parents as a kid. They always have a friendly staff and excellent value for everything that they offer and, looking around, everything is always kept clean.

This hotel made me feel secure: When a visitor shows up at the front desk, the hotel manager calls your room and ask you if you are expecting any visitors.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Executive Inn Akron.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It’s a nice hotel and has a good staff. I like the pool. When there is a problem they fix it quickly. I stay there for the Derby week and they cater to the kids.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Executive Inn Akron.

The only problem we had was that the hot tub was just on warm.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We liked the nice desk lady, she was very nice to talk to.
