It met my needs, non smoking, handicapped features that included a decent breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. My advice for other tourists is that the hotel allows pets and it usually does not charge extra for them. Make reservations ahead of time.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Hotel was clean and fresh feeling. Staff could not have been nicer and always said hello when I passed by. Very reasonable rate of $*/night compared to Embassy Suites next door at $*/night. Breakfast...

I've stayed at Best Westerns as often as I can when I travel because they are very clean, pleasant, with a nice ambience, and the clerks are always friendly and helpful.

Checked in to the Best Western Executive Hotel after midnight. The front desk guy was rude when I couldn't understand him. Two lightbulbs out, reception on the TV was poor, the carpet didn't look vacuumed, cigarette burns on comforter (non-smoking room).

The location was okay but on a one way so you had to loop around out of your way. The service was nothing to write home about. Not very friendly or helpful. No one goes out of their way for you at this hotel. The room was less than mediocre and had a dirty feel to it. We found hairs in the bed sheets and room hadn't been vaccuumed. Would not stay here ever again.
