The night staff person (only one man working) had NO social skills at all. Would talk to you with his eyes closed, repeated things, never smiled and was not at all welcoming. Second night our keys didn't work and he (same man) said we were only...

I’m debating whether or not I would stay here again. The price was good, the location was good and the room was spacious, but very plain and after the second night, I could hardly get out of bed because the mattress was so poor.
The hot water wasn't very hot either, even with it all the way on hot you could still hold your hand under it comfortably. The elevator was dirty. This is not your typical 3 star hotel. The staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable.
The hotel was under renovations so I have no idea what the end result might be.
