We arrived to late to cancel, so we stayed. The room was clean. We were upstair and did not feel safe going up the steps, the hand rail was loose in places.
I plugged my laptop in and there was sparks that came out of the outlet. It did not ...

They are known for cleanliness which is a must for me. The locations of Best Western hotels are convenient and usually quick on and off the major routes.
