This hotel was pleasant and comfortable. We were only there one night, but we enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back. Everyone was friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine.
This hotel room was disgusting. It smelled like urine, I am thinking (and hoping)because they allow pets there. Our room was unbearable if the air conditioner was not blasting on high. Their answer to my complaint was to come up with a bottle of stinky room freshener to spray, which there was no way I was gonna mask up the smell with chemicals and breathe that all night. Very disappointed and will never stay there again.

The location is easy to get to places in Roswell. There is a good neighborhood behind it so you do not have to worry about your car during the night or yourself if you want to take a walk. It is a good, clean, motel and I urge you to try it.
The surrounding businesses were clean, well lit and welcoming.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western El Rancho Palacio.
I might recommend it to friends.

Older motel but kept up well. Seemed fairly clean and for the price it was a deal. Juicer and microwave were broke for continental breakfast though. Pool was absolutely great, clean. Overall, we made reservations there again for another event...
