Best Western El Rancho Inn is a great place to stay. Most importantly it is clean. It has a nice restaurant, too. The pool is welcome when the weather is nice.

We had family come into town that needed a place to stay so we booked a room at the El Rancho Inn. Rooms are clean and roomy. Rate are reasonable. Located right on El Camino in Millbrae not far from the BART station to go into city for a day.

62 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel and restaurant were fine. However, I participated in the 'Park and Fly' program which was to provide parking for my vehicle while I flew from San Francisco airport. Upon my return I learned that the hotel personnel were unable to find my vehicle and that they had 'virtually abandoned' it in a Mervin's parking lot. Subsequently, I learned that the vehicle had been stolen.
When I made arrangements for the 'Park and Fly' program, I thought that my vehicle would be parked in a fairly safe location supervised somewhat by hotel personnel. What a mistake. They did not even know the vehicle was missing until they went to get it just before my arrival.
I was very satisfied with my stay here.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. I arrived very late at night and felt very safe going to my room. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will be back in the area in about 3 months and will definitely stay here again.
