The property itself is a nice property. The rooms are tastefully decorated and it has a nice atmosphere. The location is okay. However, the manager was so incredibly rude, not only to me but to the Best Western customer care person who spoke with her on my behalf as well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if it was the last one available. As well, during this experience, it was brought to my attention by their customer care center that Best Western has no control and will not do anything about poor service or quality given by their "Independently Owned" properties. You might make a reservation on their company website, you might think you are reserving a Best Western property, but that isn't the case. They are basically independent properties using the Best Western name and it is at the discretion of that individual property or "Independent Owner" as to how you will be treated or what you will receive and Best Western will do nothing if it isn't right. There are a lot of hotels out there that uphold a standard throughout their system, I would rather stay with one of them. Not only will I not stay at this property, but I will never use Best Western again. To me service is #1, and that is a rarity in this day.

Beautifull Hotel Friendly Staff. This hotel is very beautiful with a plant filled atrium area and new decor through out. The staff was very accomidating to our family. Indoor pool defiantly a plus!

We had a great stay and they were actually sad when we left. The housekeepers where great and did little nice extra stuff for our family to make our stay that much more nice. They where all very pleasant and we are going to stay there again in the future. We were very happy with the pool, but we never got used to the heat in the hot tub, so we stayed in the pool more. If anyone wants to have a pleasant time on vacation then I suggest they go to the Best Western in Clearlake, California and I bet they will return too.
They made us feel like we were welcome there. They made sure that the kitchen had everything we needed to help me cook if we did not go out to dinner. They also fixed up the bed for my husband and me with our extra blankets. Also my two sons and grandson where treated with extra bedding, towels and anything else they needed.
