Best Western Eden Prairie Inn Hotel

I like that they have consistent quality and they usually have a nearby restaurant. I also like that they have free high speed internet service.

The location was handy and all was as expected. The hotel is neat, clean and fairly friendly.

The front desk was very helpful. They printed off maps for us and had great suggestions for sightseeing! Overall the experience was great.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The staff was very accommodating.

The price was remarkably reasonable given the estimates in the area. The location was quite easy to find with easy access to the interstate. Food, gas, a shopping mall and even a grocery store were within easy walking distance. The room was what I would expect from a mid-priced hotel. It was perhaps a little crowded with two adults and two children, but fine if you can share the time and space. There were lots of storage drawers. The wireless internet connection was a definite plus. A couple more outlets would have been nice. The pool was standard for a hotel pool. The hot tub was definitely hot and very large but a bit uncomfortable for longer soaks. The breakfast was quite basic, with toast, donuts, cereals, juice, but it was plentiful. I would certainly stay there again.

We checked in late in the evening due to vehicle problems and they were very helpful and kind. They made a bad day much better.
