I thought the customer service was wonderful! However, the surrounding area was very dirty. The streets were very filthy. The bedding was uncomfortable as well. Next time, I think I will spend the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel.

Easy to go somewhere.It doesn�t looks like a hotel, lots of business store in side. It was not the good experience to stay there, but the room was clean, and I enjoyed using the free internet there. But I am not sure will I stay there one more time...

Horrible
Reception people were helpful and friendly.I didn't feel secure. It provides a short term solution to staying in a convenient location to mica, union station and the art galleries of Chinatown.
