Cost is primary consideration. I do not travel to stay in hotels, I travel to see the place am visiting. I like a clean, smoke free room with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom with a hot shower. And do not want to give them my life savings to get

Lock on doors like most hotels.

It was great that Best Western had a discount for people who needed to go to the hospital nearby. That is why we were there.

They were polite and friendly and prompt.

I feel Best Western is a wonderful hotel.

They made us feel important and made sure we were aware of the continental breakfast and what times they were available.
