It was a handy location, parking was difficult but the valet was extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet did not have cream for coffee and I had to ask each morning for it. The rooms were lacking necessities, so I had to request some.

I was in a wheelchair and it was impossible to even enter and get off the elevator without someone lifting the chair with me in it. Complete strangers had to help. The bathroom and the room were ridiculously small and dirty.
