It was a handy location, parking was difficult but the valet was extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet did not have cream for coffee and I had to ask each morning for it. The rooms were lacking necessities, so I had to request some.

It was fine, but a little run down looking.

I was in a wheelchair and it was impossible to even enter and get off the elevator without someone lifting the chair with me in it. Complete strangers had to help. The bathroom and the room were ridiculously small and dirty.

It’s within walking distance to downtown. They tried to charge us for a higher rate than our reservation said.

It was close to the convention center and much less expensive than other places. It had a friendly staff, nice rooms and a free continental breakfast. The outside room entrances looked like in a converted motel. They had only valet parking and no restaurant.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the nice bedding, lots of pillows and free snack granola bars.
