We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The first room we stayed in smelled like sewage, we had to ask for towels and blankets, the blowdryer didn't work. They moved us to another room - once again, no towels and we had to ask for...

52 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room had a musty odor. The furniture was out of date. The carpet seemed very unclean. The mattress seemed old and not very comfortable. The bathroom was very small and dingy.
The front desk folks and housecleaning were very prompt and very helpful. They were also very friendly.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Desert Aire Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

The pool was broken the entire time we were there and they kept insisting it would be fixed. I had to get dial-up because they only had wireless, no data ports.
