52 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The room had a musty odor. The furniture was out of date. The carpet seemed very unclean. The mattress seemed old and not very comfortable. The bathroom was very small and dingy.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk folks and housecleaning were very prompt and very helpful. They were also very friendly.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Desert Aire Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was our second visit to this establishment and we were very satisfied both times.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Desert Aire Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

61 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I like the motel, but I wish it had a bar and a restaurant. The town had a flash flood while I was there, and the employees went out of their way to solve resulting problems.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Desert Aire Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
