We have relatives in the area and have stayed here several times. Location is near lots of highway restaurants and about 30 min from downtown Colombus.
Best part is the pool with sunny south facing windows and a better than average breakfast...

This hotel has been recently updated. It offered everything my family and I wanted. Great pool, sauna and a hot tub. The breakfast is tremendous. My son enjoyed the workout room, it's the largest I have been in at a hotel. Also, the people are so professional. They look the part and act the part. The rooms are very nice and the beds are BRAND new and fluffy. Very nice hotel at a great price.

This hotel offers it all. I read these reviews before I went. I can honestly tell you that the staff is great. They do take care of you, and yes they do have rules and they follow them. That doesn't make them bad people. We received extra towels, their breakfast is fantastic. The beds are so comfortable and very clean.

These people were horrible. I got married in a banquet hall close to the hotel. So I suggested to my wedding guests that they should. I shouldn't have. My husband and I were suppose to stay in their Master Suite our first night. They didn't give it to us. They booked it with someone else. They were very rude to my Aunt on the telephone when she tried to book a room. My mom was denied more pillows for her room. My cousin (who had a new born) was denied more towels. And my sister-in-law had 150 dollars stolen from her room. They gave us no compensation and no discounts after all of that. The manager wouldn't even call us.

My wife and I made a reservation to stay at this hotel on a Saturday night, but the reservation clerk at the hotel made a mistake and reserved us a room for Friday night. When we arrived at the hotel on Saturday afternoon, not only did we discover that we had no room, but our credit card had been charged for the Friday night reservation we did not make. The hotel management has refused to refund our charges for the error.
