It's in a perfect location away from high traffic concentrations while still close to restaurants and area attractions. Your room key cover is a map of the area and the staff always gave accurate, easy to understand directions. The added security of all inside rooms plus a convenient continental breakfast made our two nights stay in Springfield feel more like a mini-vacation instead of the often rushed trip out of town for the weekend.

The free breakfast was nice.

I like the rooms and services. I disliked the fact it was non-smoking and you had to eat across the street.

I thought that the hotel was fine. There was nothing outstanding, but nothing wrong either.

The stay at the Best Western International Inc. was great! The location was superb, the room was comfortable with everything we needed; for example it had air conditioning/heat choices for us and a TV with many channels. Also, a good breakfast was provided for us.

The stairways were extremely dirty and hot. The back door to the hotel was said to be locked for the security of the guests, but it was always open.

This hotel made me feel inspired: They had cookies and cappuccino for afternoon snacks. Had a good breakfast that got you going.

I felt it could have been cleaner.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because they had employees around all the time and they were alert.

This hotel made me feel content: They gave us a suite for the price of an average room.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome there because they seemed glad I was there. They did whatever I needed to be comfortable.
