Best Western Dartmouth Inn - Page 1

Front desk check-in & assistance was quick & friendly. Our stay went downhill from there. While the room seemed clean enough, our bed only had the bottom fitted sheet - the top sheet was missing! This motel had the least soundproofing in the walls and doors of any I have ever seen. Despite our best efforts to drown out the normal-voice talking in the next room (and later bedroom antics, if you catch my drift) by turning on our fans and TV, we were unsuccessful. We did not get much restful sleep. The free breakfast was skimpy, nowhere near as good as other chains in this price range. I would not recommend this motel.

The hotel is in a quiet area just down the road from number restaurants and shopping. I stayed here because I was in town to visit my son at UMass-Dartmouth. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. I did not expect this out of a best western. The lobby is very elegant and the rooms are nicely designed. I will continue to come here while my son is in school at UMass.
