Decent food and a very popular place in Bakersfield. Karaoke and famous artists always visit this place. Expensive food but worth trying it out. Located by Highway 99.

Everything about this place is horrible!! The beds sag, the room smells, the faucets drip!! The only good thing about this place is the courtyard and pool area. The staff can't even get it together. Half of them don't even know what they are doing.

The Crystal palace is such a great place to have dinner and experience country music at its best. When you are done with the dinner and a show the best western is right next to it. just a hop skip and a jump from the crystal palace.

We arrived 30 minutes before check-in time and rather than give us a room, they told us we'd have to come back. When we came back 30 minutes later, they said our room wasn't ready so they were "upgrading" us to a "suite". What we got was really...

I loved the room. It was convenient to the pool and the restaurant and the ice machine. The handicapped room was great. The free breakfast was free and the food was good. There were friendly people everywhere.
My husband is handicapped and the room was just great big and easy to get around for him. The shower was a walk in and it had a seat to sit on for more ease to take a shower.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Crystal Palace Inn & Suites.

We were in town for a very quick trip, for a funeral. The rooms were clean and we were provided free breakfast. I had no complaints. It was very close to the freeway and it had access to restaurants.

Several places to eat nearby, good restaurant on site. very clean rooms with nice patio facing pool. Front desk staff very freindly and helpfull. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Easy access to freeway and local attractions.
