Front desk lady not in good mood. Place smelled smoky and was dirty. Carpets were dirty. Rooms not very clean. Ceiling tiles coming down! Very old motel. Breakfast horrible. Ran out of bisquits and gravy at 9:45, served until 11:00. No one therr to

we stayed here with no reservation. we got into the hotel they gave us our room and there was a man sleeping in it. so promptly we left the room went back to the front desk they apologized and gave us a different room and it was filthy never even...

It was located near the casinos with a shuttle service to them. They had clean rooms as expected, but the walls were a bit thin and I could hear neighbors. There was plenty of room to park your car.
They truly made an effort to check in quickly. The person behind the desk was friendly and smiling and made sure the shuttle would be there promptly. All of our requests were accepted.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Crossroads of the Bluffs.
