Okay
We had asked for a room on the first floor because my husband is handicapped and cannot climb the stairs easily, however when we arrived they had none available. Room was nice and the bed was great, however the breakfast was frozed and there was no...
41 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It was not a newer hotel but certainly adequate for our needs. The free breakfast was only muffins, bagels, toast, coffee and juice, very basic and served in a small corner of the lobby. The room was decent sized for two adults and three kids. The pool was not heated but they had a hot tub. All in all, it was a good value for West Yellowstone.

Nice Inn. 2 slight negaives 1)maybe a bit expensive for a 2 person. We were 4 staying in 1 room, so worked out not too expensive. 2) would like if they served butter instead of margarine for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the BW Crosswinds. The rooms were clean, the indoor pool was great as well as clean - towels were provided at the pool. The breakfast saved us money on a meal at a restaurant. It was convenient to Yellowstone Park and fishing...
40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The breakfast was minimal, with the seating area being mostly in the lobby. The wireless internet connection was terrible, being very slow, to the point of being unusable. There is no laundry facility, which for a five-night stay on an eleven day trip, in a major destination, was disappointing.
