We really liked this hotel for its convenience to the Mohegan Sun casino. We loved the free limo service and the friendliness of the staff. The beds were not exceptionally comfortable but were adequate and clean.
I'm not really sure why I felt at ease, but I just did. The rooms were suites and were decent sized and the rooms had a refrigerator.

I thought the hotel was very clean and that the staff was very friendly. The location was great as we wanted to stay at Mohegan Sun originally, but all their rooms were sold out. This Best Western was practically right around the corner, plus they had complimentary shuttle service.
