It was convenient. The hotel was of good quality and quiet. They were friendly people.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the prompt manner in which they handled check in. They had a friendly smile and a hello. They made sure that all our questions were answered.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Cristata Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

35 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I thought the hotel was very clean and that the staff was very friendly. The location was great as we wanted to stay at Mohegan Sun originally, but all their rooms were sold out. This Best Western was practically right around the corner, plus they had complimentary shuttle service.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Cristata Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
