Rooms were basic, but quiet and clean. Great price. The free breakfast included more than the continental breakfast we expected. Location was great for getting to Disneyland; you could easily walk it it you wanted. The woman at the reception desk...

43 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
There were bugs in my bed and they bit my right arm and the side of my right face. The staff was notified and was asked to change my linen, but they did not do it. That evening when I returned to the hotel, I noticed that the linen had not been changed. I called the front desk and they said that they would send someone to change the sheets. No one ever came, and when I called back, I was told that this was not a full service hotel and that they would bring me the linen, but I would have to change the sheets myself. They brought the linen to the room and the building engineer helped me to change the linen.
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Courtesy Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The cheap price.It was not located conveniently to attractions. While we were there, some "spring break" group was there also. There was noise all night, if not from the pool area then from above and below us in the motel. The folks at the office...

The front desk clerk was not friendly. They sent us up to a room that was not ready and then they had to move us. The room they moved us to had a problem with the toilet leaking and then it stopped. The courtesy continental breakfast was in a tiny little room off the lobby with a few donuts and pastries and the milk and juice ran out if you did not get down there before nine o'clock in the morning. The check out was extremely slow as well. And they only had basic TV and not even cable.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Courtesy Inn.

We got up to our room and it was so noisy from the busy street just outside of our window, that we had to turn on the A/C unit and I had to use my extra pillow to put on top of my head to drown out the noise.
The window was open (to vent the room of mildew/mold smell). I hacked and coughed all night from the mildew. I noticed they patched the ceiling over the shower head from a previous leak. The patch was loose and hanging a little. In the morning, I showered and my husband was about to shower when the unit above us started their shower. Within seconds, a cascading waterfall came through that loose patch. It was the waste water from the shower above! I mean, full blown water. Not a trickle. We were speechless! They discounted us 30 bucks and we left immediately. It is four days later and I still have that hacking cough.
That room was totally unusable and they rented it out anyway!
