Best Western Courtesy Inn Motel

we made reservation on the phone for non smoking and when we checked in they said we we asked for smoking , so when they were resolving the problem they became frustrated and rude .the room smelled and had dried up food on the carpet , the phone wires and light wires where exposed . the phone had static and could not hear anyone well . the shower in the room next to us made a very loud screaming noise and i called the front desk but it just rang and rang .the elevator didn't work properly .the beds were more uncomfortable than a pull out bed .the location was good except it was in a bad part town .

It was very convenient location to my destination. It had clean rooms and an efficient staff.
