The snow removal could have been more efficient and the help with the luggage was non existent.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Country Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We stayed there in August and September. I loved the suites idea, great with children and another couple. It has a great location, right off the highways. There are good restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast!

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Country Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was very late when I arrived and the staff still found me a room quickly and it was very nice.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Country Suites.

This property and its staff are above average in the price and value range they serve. Be advised, you should book directly with the hotel management and not through the Best Western toll free contact.

This hotel made me feel respected: Each staff member and the manager remembered my name and referred to me by name in all transactions. I made special requests and those were met without any hesitation.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Country Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
