Best Western CottonTree Inn Provo Hotel - Page 1

I have stayed here in the past and they are improving the hotel daily! I came in for a Dentist appt., and ended up with mouth surgery, they were so accomodating, let me move rooms (to downstairs), and they were over-all really service oriented. It made a bad time an actually pleasant stay... The hotel has an updated modern theme, with wonderful geometric carpet and the art on the walls is so cool, I want to buy it and take it home! Love it and will definately stay here again, it is very peaceful outside by the river, I even saw an engaged couple having their pictures taken (for their announcements in the paper I assume) and taking advantage of the beautiful setting outside my window! I will always stay here when I come to Provo... Which is often!

I liked the pretty view of the mountains and the nice river trail out back. I also loved that the pool was so warm and it was open so late. The waffles for breakfast were fantastic.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was great. The bath tub was nice and the room was just very spacious.

It was nice, professional and clean. The employees ensured we were taken care of, providing excellent customer service.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The employees kept customer service levels high, even allowing us into the continental breakfast area after it was closed so we could get some plastic spoons.

They have wonderful staff and rooms. Parking is a little limited and difficult, especially during holidays due to the amount of specialty shops surrounding the hotel.

They had the requested room and I was able to get it. The location is great and the service staff is nice. I would like a DVD player in the room though.

This hotel made me feel secure: You have to use a card to get into the building.
