24 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Noisy A/C was under the table, and no cold air could be felt near the beds...made for a hot night. There was also another mystery noise that was louder than the television. Between the noisy A/C and the mystery noise, my mom woke up with a migraine. Beds were comfortable, and the pool and spa were very nice. Service involving the problems from our room could have actually been handled in some way, instead of just saying "call tomorrow".

The service here was great. The staff was so friendly and quick to assist. I would highly recommend this location. You should keep an eye out for some other locations, as a time or two prior to this stay we went to try and stay at the one in Dublin and it was horrible! Nothing they had or did was like this one, except for their sign, including some illegal construction. We took pictures and sent them in, I’m not sure if they got to the right person in order to take care of this matter.
