Best Western Corbin Inn Motel - Page 1

I travel often and this was the worst experience ever. My family and I drove for 9 hours and stayed at the hotel. When we were ready to shower, the tub was awfully dirty with hair in it and I did not have gloves to clean it myself. We called the front desk to ask if they could clean it and they told me I had to wait until the cleaning crew came in. We had to be in another town 2 hrs away and could not wait that long for the cleaning crew to arrive and ended up washing up at the sink. We were charged $105 to stay in the hotel and the manager /owner Victor Patel did not care about the service and only offered a $15 price adjustment for all the inconvenience. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Management’s customer service is terrible. You will not get what your paying for and they can care less. Your money will be better spent at another hotel.

Over the years we have stayed at many hotels and have selected Best Western as our choice now during any vacation or business trips. The facilities are always clean and reservations easy to make. The Best Western Corporation offers a generous points program which is easily redeemable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I have come to depend on the complimentary package of soap, shampoo, and conditioner; it allows me to travel with less worry of forgetting these important items. The cleanliness of the rooms, the extra towel, and washcloth are luxuries that I know I can expect from Best Western.

I feel the beds were sub-par. The comfort was not there. They need to have a recliner in the room as not every one watches TV from the bed and some people need a recliner to be able to sleep because of upper congestion and overweight. Overall the facility was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The parking was tight.

The hotel had very good amenities, a breakfast bar, coffee, good working ice machines and a nice pool.
