Best Western Cooper Inn and Suites Hotel

Just stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time. We actually planned on staying somewhere else during this trip due to the location being nearer a medical center we were going to. The other hotel was substandard and this place came to our rescue. It was a last minute request and the rate they gave us was outstanding! We also like the fact that they have queen beds instead of double beds. This is more comforable for my family. As usual the service was great, the cleanliness was great and the breakfast was good. We really like the Texas waffles, coffee, yogert and fresh fruit. It was quiet and pleasant and a great location for movies, food and the mall. Just off Interstate 20 and Cooper St. next to the Parks Mall. My family will return to stay again next week for a baby shower event . This propery is highly recommended for the price.

This is a best location in Arlington, their breakfast menu is better than any other hotel in the area. I had a nice clean room, and they had a friendly staff. I would love to stay on every visit and would recommend to everyone to stay here.

The hotel had adequate facilities. It was a good stay. It had a convenient location.

We had trouble with the next door occupants. They were slamming their doors and very loud and inconsiderate, talking outside our window all night and a car was running continually, between one a.m. and three-thirty a.m. We called the night manager several times and he said it would be taken care of. About four a.m. whoever was sitting in the car left. We wanted to stay an extra night, but we lost sleep and needed a good nights rest, as we had to drive back to Austin on Monday morning. I checked out of the Best Western and I complained that morning to the day manager and he defended the night manager. He did nothing to encourage me to stay another night. The night manager was to follow up on my compliant, per the corporate office, but I never heard from him or from the corporate office again.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were very clean and we were given extra pillows and towels.

It was what we expected.
