Awful

The manager went out of her way to be rude

39 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The general manager was rude,and disrespectful at check in, and after.

No customer service, even the staff at the front desk the next morning said they were thinking of quiting because of how they get treated.

Absolutely would not recommend.

Obviously has no business being a GM in the hospitality industry.

I liked the hotel's great location and service. I have stayed there many times. I will stay there again.

It was relatively new, clean, and near the major freeway.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Continental Inn.
