Check in was fast and easy.
Large room.
Staff was friendly but the maids start beating on the doors around 9am when check out is not till 12pm...
Upon entering the room it smelled and appeared clean.
The room included a mini frig and microwave.
Beds and pillows were very comfy.
The first night we had the kids all settled into bed and were terrified and shaken by a huge loud crash that sounded like a car smashing into our door. I ran to look out the pep hole and to my surprise I saw 3 drunk grown men in their 30s laying on the pavement infront of my door along with a turned over hotel laundry cart.....they had ridden in it down the side walk and crashed into my door and the brick wall! It was a bit funny but considering it was very late I was not to happy... I saw they were getting ready for round two so I called the front dest and the nice lady was all to happy to run around as fast as she could to catch them she snached the cart from them and told them NO and to go sleep it off. didnt hear much else out of them thank goodness. I was pleased at her reaction and to see her round the building in a flat out run!! The only other issue we had was the pool....it was useable but
like rough poured concrete, we left the pool with more scrapes then I have ever seen. Plus now and then there was a wiff of something dead coming from the bushes....hmmm.... I didnt care to investigate the odor just let my kids have a much needed swim then we hit the road. all and all a good clean place to stay and a good rate with helpful friendly staff. I have deffinantly seen much worse considering my husband travels with his job and the kids and I go with him a lot. Surrounding area was very questionable...

The staff were great, the room was ok and clean. Woke up in the middle of the night and found many cockroaches. I stayed for 3 nights and complained every day when I found more roaches. What ever the hotel was spraying the roaches were thriving on...

I stayed in this hotel on May 23, 2008. There was blood on the comforter and no manager on property to complain to. When I spoke to the manager, she was rude and hung up on me.

A great stay.....very nice facility, comfortable temperature in room (coolness important to me), bed very comfortable and pillow were wonderful. Desk service very good, fee great. Would definitely stay again.

Our first night there, after driving 11 hours, the most important thing was to take a hot shower. We found out that the boiler was not working and wasn't operational until late the following morning. This was out of their control and I understand...
Service was wonderful when our air conditioning wasn't very cold they replaced the whole unit within the hour. Breakfast in the morning was great and the person working the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful every morning. Pool was clean ...
