I liked the great pool and playground. It was a nice area, with a small lake onsite. For the wonderful breakfast buffet get there early.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The pool was not crowded. I had been on the road all day, so I enjoyed the hot tub. They had a nice breakfast the next morning.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Collinsville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

62 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was a convenient location on a trip from Branson to Columbus and there were restaurants near by and easy on and off to the highway. We just needed a place to spend the night. It was clean, comfortable and not expensive.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Collinsville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We stopped while traveling late at night and the desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. They gave us the best rate we could get and accommodated all our wishes for specifics about the room. We were very pleased. The day clerk was just as nice and very friendly. I would certainly stay there again if I happened to be in that area.

This hotel made me feel respected: They had a very courteous staff and very friendly to chat with as well.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Collinsville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My reservation was changed from one hotel to this one and they did not have the credit card information on file that was used to book the room.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Collinsville.
