Best Western College Inn Hotel - Page 1

We changed rooms 4 times trying to find a clean one. Sheets had not been changed. Bathrooms had hair all over them. Lights did not work. One room had considerable mold in one corner. Beds had sheets missing. Toilet would not work, and on top of all that, the police showed up! We were forced to stay one night because of all these issues taking so much time and all decent hotels in the area were by then booked. The only saving grace was that the front desk ladies were very nice and understanding. We did get a small discount but in way was it worth all this! Go 20 miles in any direction and pay a little more to avoid this nightmare.

We traveled there to avoid a hurricane in Mobile. They were packed at the hotel, but they gave everyone excellent service. They were wonderful people.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We had a group of approximately twelve family members traveling with us. Considering the stressfulness of the situation the staff was amazing in taking care of our needs.

This was probably the most disgusting place we have ever stayed in. Don't be misled by the room price, as it is not a bargain.

This was a really lousy hotel.

I found dead roach in the bathtub.

The staff was very rude,

the A/C doesn't work, and

no hot water.
