Man, this hotel was old and trashy. I walked in and could smell something humid and awful. The rooms were not cleaned, and the carpet was damp. I will say the staff was very friendly, and they tried very hard. However, with this old building all of their efforts were useless.

We asked the hotel staff why the rooms were so different looking, they replied that it was once a retirement home. That was the last turn off from that hotel. It was our only choice though, all the other hotels were sold out.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Coach House Inn and Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was like all other Best Westerns I have used. They are very predictable.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Coach House Inn and Suites.

They are somewhat expensive for a trashy hotel.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Coach House Inn and Suites.
