First of i came into the hotel to check in and they couldn't find my reservation in their sysem. It took an hour for them to get me a room. Then I go to the restaurant and thier's no host to be found. So i waited another 20 mins for the host which the host was the manger and their's no reason he shouldn't have been thier. The food was great and the sever was wonderful. Then when i went to buy the manger wasn't around i later found out that he was in his office talk about good mangemet that place has. I'm very upset with the place please people don't waste your time going to this place they have very bad serve

Spent 3 days at the water park. My kids (4yo and 6mo) never got tired of it. The zero-depth baby pool was perfect and there are 3 slides my 4yo can enjoy. The rest of the hotel isn't very appealing, but not terrible.
About 15 minutes after my arrival (this has been a host hotel for an annual conference I attend) this time, there was a loud noise in the hall, which I assumed was the fire alarm, although it sounded like a wounded animal. There was no rushing...
