26 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I have never been so disappointed! I called a week ahead to ask about the airport shuttle information to find out about the free shuttle to the airport which would save on the cost of parking, yet they didn’t inform me until after I checked in that there is a $50 charge to leave your car there at the hotel. I have stayed at 4 airport hotels and I have never heard of such a thing. Not only this, the lady at the front desk was extremely was rude, the beds aren’t the great, and the neighborhood is freighting. I will never stay at a best western again
