I stayed 9-8-07 while at the Clermont Kennel Club dog show. I was quoted a price of $59.00 + tax but when I recieved my bill I found a charge of 91.38. When I called the motel I was told there was a $25.00 "pet charge" which I had NOT been ...

I have stayed at several best western hotels and this is by far the worst one I have stayed in. It had a very musty smell, several cobwebs, the fridge wasn't cleaned-their were items left in it and a can of pop had exploded. They were doing construction for both nights I stayed so all day long I heard them above my room. Their was mold on one of the walls cracked ceiling paint and the walls were filthy and all of the furniture appeared it hadn't even been dusted off, could barely see through the grit on the window, and 1 more thing my blanket had what appeared to be blood on it and was told they change but don't routinely change the blanket. Yuck and this hotel is rated 3-stars at multiple websites. Caution Caution Caution: Stay somewhere else Caution Caution Caution
Good location. Great service and CLEAN! The price is right too for such a nice property. Pretty good supplies for a breakfast to get you going in the morning too. We will stay here again when we are in the area.
Great property with all the feel of home. Service was excellent with superior cleanliness. Highly recommend for the value. The property has a great location to town while giving a suburb feel.
