Best Western Civic Center Motor Inn Motel

The image online was decieving not a good neighborhood to stay in. Very loud noise from neighboring bars until 2am. I was contacted by several people loitering in area asking for money. Vehicel was blocked from leaving parking lot due to inadequate parking lot for hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was good but negatives out weighed positives. Would only stay as a last resort

It was a nice place to stay and centrally located for my purposes.

It was a great location and the rooms were clean. I wish the rooms had more lighting and air conditioning. Even in mild weather the rooms get stuffy. There are no screens on windows. Overall, it was ok. I would stay again, but not in the summer.

This establishment was clean, spacious, and the staff was amicable and helpful.

We were able to quickly and safely walk to all of our destinations from here. The free parking is a great perk, and we did not feel worried about safety. It was so convenient to have a fridge and microwave in the room, at no extra cost! The continental breakfast was delicious (bagels, juice, coffee, muffins, toppings, apples, croissants).

The location is a little noisy, but we slept fine, and appreciated our central geography. I would not hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend it to others. Get the room with the 2nd bed as a sofa-bed, it is huge! A friend recommended this hotel to us, and we almost didn't stay here because of the bad reviews we read, but it turned out to be great! I don't know what they were thinking about. Maybe they just don't like San Francisco, in which case they should vacation in Bend, Oregon.

We checked in at midnight and within less than 2two hours we were out. The beds were uncomfortable, there was too much noise outside, including random July 4th fireworks in October at 2 a.m. The motel is located near the roadside so you'll hear people walking and talking on the streets and cars driving by. Parking is a serious issue, it's not a safe location. We left because we did not feel safe at all! We gladly paid the required one night fee to get out of there!
