the ad for this hotel says they provide transportation to AND FROM the cruise port and airport. they had no problem dropping me off, but refused to come and pick me up. i had to take a cab for $22.

The location was convenient to where we needed to be.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Chateaubleau Inn.

They charged us more than stated. The staff was very rude to us.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Chateaubleau Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

43 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

We had a coupon they would not allow us to use. The staff quoted us one price on the phone and then they charged more when we got there.

This hotel made me feel content: The room was clean and quiet.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Chateaubleau Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
