I definitely would return here. I was told it is under new management and they are truly trying to please their guests. I took my family here and we liked our rooms (clean and roomy), the pool and spa(large and indoors - no bugs), and other ammunities too. Very pleased we came here.

I didn't find this hotel right away and after reading some of the review i was not even going to try but i decided to give my own opinion so i stayed here for two days and i really loved the location and the ammunities of the hotel. Even service was good and room was neat and clean. I did find out that there was new management. so to me this is the best place to stay in chaska for the price.

I had stayed with my family and had wonderful experience at beautiful Best Western on MN River. They had upgarded breakfast and nice patio open up to the river. We had valleyfair package with very reasonal price. Room is very specious. We will go back again next year.

For $100 a night, I was not at all impressed. We stayed 2 nights. On the 2nd day, although the beds were made, no-one cleaned out the coffee pot/filter. The box springs had a big hole that looked like a mouse had chewed into it. My daughters room next door had a broken air conditioner. They offered a fan but no discount.

If I had been paying $50 a night, these things probably would not have bothered me; however, at $100 per night - I expect more.

I won't be back.

I have stayed in this hotel on and off for five years. It needs a remodel bad and the prices continue to go up. The food is terrible and the staff is rude. I am choosing other hotels as this one can’t keep up anymore. The hot tub is broken, the beds are really old and uncomfortable. The carpet is worn, and the parking lot is full of litter.
