51 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room was not as requested, the key malfunctioned late in the evening and the staff was very slow to respond. We had previously stayed there several times, but I found the hotel and the service going down hill, so we will stay elsewhere on our next visit.
I am somewhat likely
