This hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are not clean. The staff is not helpful. Their wireless internet is very erratic. I saw mice running through the lobby and the bar area. There was often a pungent smell of bad food (even the staff commented on this) and the voice mail system did not work.

The location was the primary reason for staying at this location. The Best Western hotel facilities tend to be old and outdated. There was a lack in control of heating and cooling. Otherwise, the staff was well trained and helpful. The room lighting was inadequate, except for sleeping.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Center City Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.
